Hey there, I'm Jen —Owner and Licensed Esthetician here at The Beauty Room. I received my training from Paul Mitchell The School in Cleveland and have loved every step of this beautiful journey. I’m passionate about helping clients feel confident and radiant through customized facials—especially with a glow-boosting red light therapy add-on. What I love most about The Beauty Room is the cozy, welcoming, neighborhood vibe. It’s a space where clients feel at home, relaxed, and cared for. Outside of work, I’ve been married for 19 years, I love to travel, read, and host book club brunch. I’m also a big fan of creating pretty tablescapes—it’s my little creative outlet. I cannot wait to welcome you in and help you feel your absolute best!

Hi, I'm Franchesca, but most people call me Franny. I have been a professional manicurist for 7 years, and for the past 6, I have proudly worked at The Beauty Room where I have built long-lasting relationships with amazing clients.
What I love most about my job? The chance to get creative and make people feel pampered. I'm all about making your nails look amazing while keeping them healthy because beauty starts with healthy nails, right? Originally from Cleveland, I love a good stroll through the Metroparks with my husband and our two dogs, or kicking back by the lake with a book in hand. When I'm not doing nails, you can find me baking, talking movies and shows, or geeking out about my latest plant obsession.

Hi there! I'm a licensed cosmetologist with 10 years of experience, graduating from Brown Aveda in 2014. I specialize in hair color and women’s haircuts, as well as gel manicures and pedicures. I’ve been part of The Beauty Room team for the past 6 years, and my favorite thing about it is the relaxing, welcoming atmosphere that makes both clients and stylists feel at home.
Outside of the salon, I’m adventurous—I love hiking, camping, kayaking, and walking the towpath here in Cleveland. I’m also a big cat lover, passionate about art, and a fan of laughing over the latest reality TV show.
When you sit in my chair, expect plenty of fun conversations about your favorite shows, dream vacations, or just good laughs. My goal is always to bring joy to everyone I meet, and I can’t wait to see you at The Beauty Room!

Hi, I’m Kyra! I’ve been in the nail industry for 10 years and have been part of The Beauty Room family for the past two. Acrylic nails are my favorite service to do, but I also specialize in hand-painted nail art and Gel-X. I love bringing creative ideas to life right on your nails.
Clients come to me not only because I take my work seriously and deliver quality results, but also because I’m easy to talk to. Whether we’re chatting about life, motherhood (I’m a proud mom of a two), or just enjoying some quiet time, I want you to feel comfortable and cared for in my chair.
I love being part of The Beauty Room because it’s a true drama-free zone, and that energy carries over into how we treat our clients. This is your space to relax, de-stress, and feel pampered—and I’m here to make that happen.

Hey there! I'm Simone, a Cleveland native, nail artist, and lover of all things purple and leopard print. I've always had a passion for nails from a young age and have been proudly licensed for 4 years now. I specialize in natural nails with a focus on structure and gel manicures.
When you sit in my chair, it's more than just a nail appointment—it's an experience. Whether we're bonding over reality TV tea, deep diving into real life conversations, or just laughing together, I love connecting with people and helping them feel confident and cared for.
Outside of the salon, you'll catch me exploring Cleveland, jamming out at concerts, or spending time with my friends and family. I'm also passionate about education and working with kids—giving back and lifting others up is a big part of who I am.
